kittiwakeI haven't got a proper graphics program on my mac, so I had to download a few from a magazine-cover CD and find one by trial and error that would reduce photos to 100 pixels while keeping the height and width in the same proportions as the original picture.
So after uploading a few and deciding that they didn't look right, I have finally decided on pictures of the aurora borealis in Iceland from the NASA picture of the day site, a status of Isis from the Encyclopaedia Mythica website and a still from "All About My Mother", which is one of my favourite films.
I have just bought a digital camera, as my previous camera went caput a couple of months ago - which reminds me that I should take it along to Jessops to see if they can get it open and retrieve the half-used film which is stuck inside. So, I should have some pictures of my own to upload soon, although I may have to upgrade to a paid account, just so I can have more user pics.
