One Year Down the Line

It is exactly a year since we founded the 'Tub Club' at work.

On that first day, Monday 7th January 2002, I weighed in at 19 st 7 lbs (273 lbs).
52 weeks later, Monday 6th January 2003, I weighed in at 16 st 9 lbs (233 lbs).

My lowest weight was 16st 2 lb (226 lb), for a couple of weeks in in late September. The last 3 months haven't been very good, as my weight has been up and down since then and I've put half a stone back on. But I am determined to go back on the straight and narrow this year and lose even more by January 2004.
