Not a huge amount of books this month, mainly due to the fact that I started a couple of others before deciding switch to something lighter instead. I intend to get back to The Alexiad of Anna Comnena & The Rough Guide to Unexplained Phenomena next month.

Good News on the Book Front

1) The book I nominated for the MF Book Club won! So in August we will be reading "Kings of Albion" by Julian Rathbone. I was very lucky really, as three out of the four nominated books got the same number of votes and mine only won because Rathbone is before Rushdie & Sebold alphabetically.

2) Posting my wishlist on my BookCrossing bookshelf actually seems to be working! Someone has seen it and offered me of "Pale Fire" by Vladimir Nabokov in return for "The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, Aged 13 3/4" by Sue Townsend.
