Copper Roots ?

The lift in the hotel I stayed in at the weekend had mirrors on the walls, and I had a shock when I saw my hair in them. The roots, which had been dyed only a week before, were a fetching shade of pale copper, which unfortunately did not match the rest of my dark red hair at all. I couldn't believe that it could have faded that much in 7 days, when it was supposed to be exactly the same dye as had been used on the rest of my hair, and was planning to have a word with the hairdresser about it when I got back home.
But then when I looked at my hair in the mirror in my hotel room and at the convention centre, it didn't look like that at all, so it must just have been something to do with the lighting in the lift. Weird.
