Pollution/Asthma

Over the weekend I could tell that the pollution levels were getting higher as I was feeling short of breath, but this morning at 4:30 am I woke up struggling for breath. Even though my inhaler helped a bit, I couldn't get back to sleep again as it was harder to breathe when I was lying down. So I wrote down my dream on the pad next to my bed and then read a book.
I may be overweight, but I'm not so unfit that the 10 minute walk to the bus makes me pant and wheeze on a normal day. I'm still feeling wheezy now, so I'm bound to have trouble sleeping tonight too.
