Grrr & Ouchies

kittiwake1) Grrr. Hot weather. I hate it. I have been sleeping on top of the bedclothes for over two months now; surely that's enough. What has happened to the traditional rainy summers of yore? Last night I dreamt that I woke up and it was frosty outside even though it was the middle of summer - wishful thinking!
2) Ouchies. My upper arms and shoulders are aching like mad after yesterday's weights session in the gym. I didn't notice it until the end of the working day when I put my arms back while putting my jacket on.
