I've got the next two weeks off work, but it got off to a bad start yesterday as I woke up with a migraine on Sunday. I ended up spending the whole day in bed, with a wet flannel over my eyes, listening to the radio. I felt even worse than usual, as it was so hot that I couldn't get off to sleep. Around teatime I got to the vomiting stage and of course, due to staying in bed all day, I spent most of the night tossing and turning.
This morning I was still feeling rough, but I crawled down to the shops as I had run out of migraleve, and once I'd had a cup of coffee & a croissant I started to feel human again. Of course I was left with an extremely stiff back, as always happens when I've spent all the previous day in bed.
