Cinema Trips
Only one cinema visit in the whole month. Must do better in October.
Calendar Girls
Although made by Disney, this is a very English film with believable characters and a beautiful setting in the Yorkshire countryside. When Chris is trying to convince Ruth to take part in the calendar, Ruth says something along the lines of "We don't all have bodies like Chris" and it struck me that the actresses must have been thinking something similar when deciding whether to take part in the film, "We don't all have bodies like Helen Mirren".
