Insomnia Watch
Tuesday, October 21st, 2003 19:45These last few months have not been good on the insomnia front. I'm waking a lot during the night, which is bad since it takes me forever to fall asleep in the first place. So over the last few days, I've started keeping is a log of the times I've woken up in the night. I've only included the times I noticed I was awake and was fairly sure that I'd been asleep since the last time I noticed I was awake, but sometimes it's hard to be sure whether I've actually been to sleep or not. Have I just been lying there dozing, in the liminal zone, or have I passed over the threshold into sleep?
