Mount TBR - 4 month update
Saturday, December 4th, 2004 00:04At the end of October, Mount TBR held 114 books, made up of 71 fiction and 43 non-fiction.
During November, I read 7 books (including 2 non-fiction) and I gave away 2 novels unread at the Sheffield meet-up. So that's 9 books removed from Mount TBR - very good.
But I also added 4 books to Mount TBR in November. I picked up 3 books from the Sheffield meet-up, but only 1 of them was added to Mount TBR, as another was wild released and the third went into my Not So Secret Santa parcel. The other 3 acquisitions were a long-awaited BC trade, a 50p bargain from the library and the last was bought at a bookshop.
So Mount TBR has decreased by 5 books, and stands at 109 books, 68 fiction and 41 non-fiction.
That is a better result than October's when it went up by 1, but December will be a disaster, since I succumbed to temptation and put a lot of books on my Christmas present list.
