Diet & Exercise Report

So I'm back on the Atkins Diet, and have lost 2 lbs since last Monday. I intended to keep to the diet strictly since the last time I posted about it, but that didn't happen; I've been working up to it slowly : )
But I made it to the gym once last week, where I spent 1 hour, including doing the 28 minute weight-loss program on the cross-trainer, which I like because it doesn't put strain on my lower back.
I also went swimming once and did 20 lengths of the gym pool.
I noticed that there was a notice at the gym reception asking for the names of everyone who works for the company I work for. Apparently they may be going to do a corporate discount, so I put my name down.
I intend to go to the gym again tomorrow after work and go on to my meditation class straight afterwards, instead of going home for tea.
